POOR SERVICE

Opened an account and placed an order on the 28th October 2013. Up until this day I have never receiced a call nor the parcel; however am billed for the product. I made a phone call and spoke to Siphokazi who told me I have signed for the consignments. Asked for a proof of the delivery note with my signature and she refused and ordered me to get an Affidavit to tell my side of the story.
What's appalling about all of this is that; my colleaugues who placed orders along with me on the same day have had phone calls and the orders brought to them but didn't accept the order due to it's poor quality. So; not only am I disgusted and infuriated by the poor service but the quality too. The next thing they will rush to blacklist me even though I haven't received a courtesy call to ask if am enjoying my packaging like all my other colleagues did..

I need this matter to be sorted out urgently please because they refer to me as Ms Mhlongo and am Ms Motloung.
