Undelivered orders

I placed an order in March 2013 after a week dey sent me an sms that reads " Your HomeChoice parcel PFS17765531 was despatched this morning & will be delivered in a few days. The receiver's ID is required on delivery. Enjoy your order." but still evin today I never received my orders now when I checked my statement I owe them for something that I didn't receive, I phoned in this other lady answered I told her my complain she told me that they offline I should leave my numbers so they can call me back, did they call me? NO .PLEASE HELP ME I CANT PAY FOR GHOST ORDER
