Appalling service and poor quality product

We ordered furniture from Direct from Dreamland (Dream Furniture) on 5 January 2013 with a promised delivery period of 6 to 8 weeks.

On 19 February we received confirmation that our order is ready to be delivered and we were told to make the full payment before 14:00 or else the delivery will not be scheduled. The full payment was made as requested before 14:00 and the proof of payment submitted to Direct from Dreamland.

We were later told that delivery cannot be made because the delivery vehicle was in for repairs. We were forced to make full payment and then no delivery.
Delivery took place on 28 February 2013. To our surprise this delivery did not include our entire order. A wingback chair and ottoman were not delivered, even though the order was paid in full.

The wingback chair and ottoman were delivered on 4 April.
The build quality was poor. With three legs standing on the floor one leg was 10 mm in the air. The wood used for the footings is of poor quality and the finish was bad and had gouge marks.
The footings weren't properly attached to the chair.

I would not recommend buying from Dream Furniture. The service is appalling and the quality of some product is poor.
