A month ago I wanted to purchase a watch I had seen at Edgar's Eastgate but upon my return to the store they no longer had it. The sales associate who was helping me advised that they would order the very same watch for me and I would have it within 5 working days. It has been six weeks since I was promised this and every time I followed up with him he would tell me to come again 'next Friday'. This is highly unacceptable, I have looked at other retailers for the very same style of watch but have had no luck. I am very disappointed and frustrated at the standard of customer service I have received.
