Still no order and pathetic service

I placed my order with Kalahari on the 8th of November.

It was meant to be delivered on Monday 25th November. I am still waiting for delivery.

I keep calling the call center and they give me no feed back. They keep promising to call me back but they do not. So eventually I called the Courier service myself.

I made it very clear to Kalahari that I am at the delivery address until 4:30. The call service agents and FedEx say that the driver arrives here after 5pm. I have waited for three days until 5pm in an empty building. Which is completely unsafe and I never see the driver when he arrives.

So someone is lying about the delivery and Kalahari is doing nothing.

The staff at the call center are blatantly not bothered by the situation.

I have two orders pending with them and I am utterly disgusted because if you cancel your order then you have to pay a penalty.
