I would like to thank the manager on duty Martha for assisting my wife and I in a stress free refund of Russel Hobbs pots that we were not satisfied with.
Every time you step into a store and try to refund something, you always expect opposition and animosity, but Martha showed us nothing but compassion and understanding and she assisted us whole heartedly the entire time.
She deserves a big thank you for demonstrating such incredible customer service and awareness. I will support this store again because I know that if I have any problems, they will listen to their customers concerns and assist accordingly.
