I had a complaint about buying a ring which was R1000.00 more than in another branch. Martha called me to explain that it had to do with the gold price changing and apologised on behalf of her staff, she requested me to come into the store so she can refund me.
I went into the store on Friday 17/05/2013 and she refunded me, so I paid the price that appeared in the other store.
