Contacted 808 as activations on my new number was RICA barred.
I don't understand how this can be, as i have two other contracts with MTN! and provided I.D and proof of residence on delivery!
Martha advised me to go in to a store! The reason I contacted MTN direct was to avoid going to a store!
when i asked to speak to her supervisor she places me on hold for 9 mins and then advises me that MTN cannot assist me and neither can her supervisor.
I mean really?? how valued are your customers and how helpful are your Agents? I think i encountered Martha previously with the same attitude! I cant believe she is still at the call centre!
