On the 2nd of November I purchased a cellphone which I've always wanted it was so busy in the store a sales lady assisted me she told me the phone I wanted there was only one left and it was the display one so I really wanted that specific colour and I took it she switched the phone on it did not want to go on so she charged it after she charged it she gave it to me I took my till slip and left when I got home my simcard had an error thst it was not rica so I went to vodacom and they rica it the phones battery did nt last I had to charge it everyday nd it heats up when its charged so on the 23rd I took it back the agent who helped me said she cannot exchange it its after 7days I was shocked because when I purchased the phone nutin was explained to me at all I did not even sign anything she only gave me my till slip the agent insisted she told me about 7days which was a then wudve taken the phone back the store manger named Devon was so rude they made me feel like a when I asked to speak to his manger he said he is not allowed To give such advise they put me through to customer service where I logged my complaint I was nt ask fo I'd or prove of residence legally its a crime
