Disgusted by the customer service at myhome furnit

I made a stop at promenade to pay my myhome account and was so disgusted and embarassed by the unprofessional manner I was delt with in the store by a woman named Martha. I handed her my account paper she didn't bother to look at it and just took my name and details took the money I gave her and asked me if this is all that I'm paying, not that its anyones bussiness but my acc balance is 1000 and I gave her 500 as my husband and I decided to square them next week. As I told Martha that she raised her voice and said your acc is in arrears and you have to pay the 1000 I told her calmly I know what I owe as I have the statement right here she just kept saying with an attitude its her duty to tell me what I owe and what I must pay with customers looking at me and her coleagues quite obviously hearing, then she refered me to her manager whom she said will tell me the same thing, I just walked out of the store. If my acc was so in arrears why do they keep phoning me daily to come and shop at their store, I've been a customer of myhome for years now and all my furniture is from that store I've recomended so many people there, and this is the way they treat customers, I'm totally disgusted
