My friend has purchased a wall unit approx 5 weeks ago and the unit was only delivered Friday 22/11/2013 and to top it all off without the accessories.
She has been calling since Friday 22/11/2013 up to date has not received any response from anyone at Rochestor Home Decor. She is utterly disgusted by the pathetic customer service she has required, you people have taken her money and can't deliver her goods. She requires this matter to be attended with the utmost importance as she is at the point of now requesting a full refund.
