Where is my cutlery sideboard

Extremely bad service from Rochester Home Decor head office, i deposited a cutlery sideboard about a month ago and promised it will be delivered when the final payment is done. Outstanding amount now settled only to be told that sideboard has been sold to another customer and there is no stock left for identical unit. A gentleman called Darian promised to call and sort the issue out, I'm still waiting. I try to call him, the receptionist put me on hold until the phone cut off. I need my sideboard, i paid the agreed amount so please deliver on your promise
