I bought a pack of long life milk from pick n pay, highveld mall on the 13th October 2013. I opened one carton the next morning to find that it is sour. Unfortunately, I lost the till slip and when I attempted to return the milk cartons and I was notified of the return policy of no slip no return, but the way in which i was informed was unpleasant and full of attitude from the store manager by the name of Elizabeth. i was given an attitude and she walked away from me without having the matter resolved.
That was despicable coming from a manager. thoroughly disappointed and will not be visiting the store for anything.
