I've been trying to draw my money market transfer for the past 2 days. at each shop i waited 15 min at each place, presented and had my id scanned 5 times. Only to be told the system is down. Than today the M number doesn't exists!!! If a system is down I should be told the moment I ask for it, oh and you clerks can't be more rude. I took all the names of the people who failed you customer service miserably, from assistant manage, front desk managers and clerks, one of whom i had to wait for, while the one beside her was taking a blackhead out of her ear, than she gives me attitude when i tell her i'm not there to look at their grooming habits! Mind you this is all at the front desk in full view of customers. Disgusting to say the least!! I want my money today, the dormancy issue due to system downtime is not my problem!!!
