Excellent service!

Yesterday I went into Melrose Arch Woolworths to get some lunch. Whilst there I thought I'd check the registry for a wedding I am attending.
Bongiwe was working in the Homeware section, when I asked her how I would find out about registries, she offered to assist. She took me over to the nearest computer where she very efficiently pulled up the registry, it was quite lengthy so she printed it out for me.
She then escorted me back to the homeware section where she assisted me in pointing out the items on the list as well as indicating which items were on sale.
I gave her my budget and she assisted with ideas and happily handed items that would fit my budget to me. When she saw my hands were getting quite full, she promptly jumped up, got a basket and then proceeded to carry it for me whilst I picked out the remaining items.
Once I had selected the items, she indicated that she would need a few minutes to check-off the registry. I asked if I could grab some lunch in the meantime and by the time I got back, my items were ready to be scanned and a box with bubble wrap was ready for quick, safe packaging.
