They won't give my total owed

Phoned the head office and they wont give me my total because they say I cannot give them my address, I have updated my address in store more than once and now it is my fault that someone is not doing there job i will be closing all my TFG accounts, i have other account that are new with the group, with all my new details how can one account not show the same.
