Early October I went to the Musica in Cresta and asked them if they would let me know when MDNA TOUR DVD is available. It's now nearly two months later and up until now I have had no feedback. I eventually bought the DVD at Look and Listen after I heard nothing from Musica. The irony was that the young gentleman that assisted me wrote down my name and number in a book but to no avail it seems. It is quite clear that customer service is not important in this industry.
