Poor Client Service Manners

I went to buy two CD"s at the Musica in Cresta and was greeted by Hellie. He immediately found my first CD, then told me to wait a for him to look up the second CD on the system.

I waited for more than 5 minutes and went looking for him. I found him behind the counter serving other customers and taking payments, where he didn't even speak to me to apologize for waiting. The shop was not all that busy, but the least he could do was tell me to wait some more.

What makes the other customer more important than me? He was still busy with my requests, how come the other customer gets precedence? When I confronted him, he did not even apologize. Serious attitude problem. Apparently he is a new employee from Top CD. Does Musica not do basic client service training?

I am extremely angered by this. Look and Listen was more than happy to sell my two CD's to me. with friendly competent staff my money will go there from now on.
