New account nightmare

I applied for a new account online and faxed trough all the details cco asked. The same day the account was rejected and the reason was: UNKNOWN AT WORK. CCO phoned my workplace and was put through to the person who works with the casuals pay therefore she couldn't find me on her system. CCO only provided her with a ID number and couldn't pronounce my name. The lady that works with the casual's pay is not authorised to look into senior staff (Managers and directors) salary system. I am sure that if they pronounced my name correctly Elsie would have told them that I work there and put them through to the correct person in salaries. After all this I phoned CCO 3 times to explain and sort out this matter. All three times I was told that they would phone again and call me back asap. After waiting a few days I re-applied online. Only to get a rejection once again, stating PREVIOUSLY REJECTED!!! I don't understand what the problem is, I have a excellent credit record and feel as if Mr. Price don't value me as a customer. This has been the poorest customer service I have ever received.
