I started employment in Rosebank Mall offices on the 22nd of July 2013 and on the second day of my new employment a cleaner of Rosebank Mall offices damaged my vehicle by ramming my car with her trolley by letting the trolley run free down a ramp. Within 10 minutes of the incident happening i reported this only to be reassured by your management and Bongani that this will be taken care off and if recall correctly an elderly man was standing talking to Bongani saying that this will be taken up with THEIR insurance company and the damage will be repaired, costs to be born by ROSEBANK MALL. The Security guard who was on duty, which Bongani investigated told Bongani that these three ladies are staff of Rosebank Mall. I got told this will be investigated and taken up with your insurance company only to get a call after a week being told no sorry, we can give you feedback but in the end it is still your problem. My car is brand new, and this was the attitude of Rosebank Mall. This was caused by actions of your staff members, whether they were in civil clothing or uniform or not and it happened on your premises. Well done to Rosebank Mall staff and management.
