Was very disappointing by the service given to me at Aldo in four-ways in the Edgars branch after asking to be transfers to the Mans department I spoke to the lady by PHINDILE and must say she has an attitude problem. I work for one of the biggest company's in the customer service industry i cant seem to understand why someone can be so rude, After asking for her surname she refused and started to explain.
I feel that I mite have been a calling customer, but if she could give me that attitude i don't know how she treats the customers she meets face to face.
As one of Aldo's big buyer i feel that she has not lived up to the standards of Aldo.
