Dinning Suite chair not received

I bought a dinning suite and was one chair short, the manager promised to deliver the chair more than 6 months ago. When I called on the 27th May 2013, the manager said the chair was in transport and will be delivered within 10 days and after 10 days, still no chair and he does not know when will it be delivered.
