Incorrect goods supplied

I purchased a Monte Carlo 7 PCS table set and a Sealy supreme queen base in March 2012, for R16k cash. Upon delivery of the table set, i only received 1 chair with armrest instead of 2 chairs with armrest. I went back to store and they promised to sort it out. After 3 months I was told the warehouse is still to deliver the correct chair. In September as i returned to the store, i was told the salesman whom was working on my issue had resigned. One lady was assigned to the issue whom also resigned in December. I had taken one of the chairs without armrest back to the store for exchanging, which the store manager confirmed that the chair is still in the back in the store, she promised to get me a new armrest chair, I have paid her numerous visit but still up to this day, a year later, my correct chair has still yet to materialize and be delivered.
