I bought a Bedroom Suit for my Mom on the 1/11/2013, Unfortunately there was no stock and apparently i wasn't allowed to go to their store room. I finally opted to take de one on Display and the chair was missing, they promised to find the chair and deliver to my house in tla week fRom date of purchase. Up until today I havent received the chair. They called last week and said the chair is back. Instead of delivering as promised, they want me to hire a car to fetch it from their store. I expected more from Beares and I have been a loyal customer because of the friendly service I used to receive in Beares Pretoria.
