I actually phoned Bedfords and enquired about your situation and to my dismay, apparently you diid'nt want to return the first set of baby cot and compactum, until your second baby cot and compactum arrived. With empathy to Bedfords, I understood with logical reasoning, why they did'nt want to refund you, as you eventually sat with 2 baby cots and 2 baby compactums and subsequently requested a full refund without returning the products, as per the Consumer Protection Act and as per the norm of any arms length transaction. Always apply the empathy method, whereby you put yourself in their shoes and drilled down if this make sense, to be refund someone without receiving back your goods... I doubt it if any retailer would have done what they have done... going the extra mile by delivering you a new baby cot and compactum... therefore on a positive note, I feel confident, with 's grace that Bedfords staff is the most ethical, moral and civilised individuals. My sister and me bought most of our household furniture from them and I will continue to highly recommend them on my facebook page whenever someone is looking for any couches, furniture, baby cots etc...
