Damaged goods no response

I received a product from Groupon that I ordered. The product was broken. I sent numerous emails, and never received a single response (a part from an email asking me to rate their service!?!?!? WHAT SERVICE). Eventually my fiance phoned them, and was told they could not pick up my email address on the system. Then I phoned them, gave them the same email address and was told that arrangements would be made to exchange my damaged product... that was all most 2 weeks ago, still have not heard from them.
