Order not delivered in full, damaged goods, refund?

Bedfords promise 3-4 weeks for delivery. I ordered a sleigh cot and compactum with mattresses. I paid in full upon ordering. I waited 4 months (11 weeks) for delivery and listened to a lot of stories about the delay. Unwrapping the delivery the compactum is damaged the legs are made of cardboard that is coming apart in layers, the laminate is chipped off the legs. The cot drawers have a completely different laminate to the rest of the cot and it is badly scratched, the panels of the cot are scratched. There are no mattresses. I waited 2 weeks before I could actually have contact with the owner Fadiel Bedford, who promised me delivery of brand new product and fully assembled the same week. Nothing happened, then I phone and I get another story from Fadiel that he has to send reports to Head office before the stock can be released. He is the owner of the company. Himself and someone called Sherman put the phone down on me. I have also left messages for Ibrahim and had no response from anyone at Bedfords. The secretary says Fadiel Bedford the owner reports to Ibrahim who has to approve the report. I have demanded a refund and that they fetch their products. Still No response.
