I bought a gas heater and gas cylinder at KC and my balance was for R1460.I returned the cylinder which was R629 at somerset mall& because I didn't have a slip with me they told me they were going to return it for R499. I refused telling them I bought this on my account and that they should check their systems. The whole team was rude as one and the other said they are the manager and they kept on speaking afrikaans of which i told them that business language is English and when i want assistant they transferred me to the next person finally the took it. This weekend i made a purchase but saw that my balance does not correspond i went to Game Promenade store, where they said the system shows i made of R499 and I told them that is wrong. I called their call centre same story and no one seem to be able to tell me what i bought. Before this weekend i had a balnce of R450 which meant i was paying for something i did not buy. I have never received statements since july 2013, because i pay my acc by cellphone banking.
