Since taking our oxygen cylinder for re-filling to WELD-CUT EQUIPMENT, Yaldwin Road, Jet Park, in November 2012, we have had an endless struggle to get the cylinder back.
It was not filled, and there was always a different excuse when we called.
We have made endless phone calls, have spoken to Sally, Abel, Peter, Johan, Monica and Sharon at various times regarding the cylinder.
Each gave a different story and promised to call back, yet not one of them ever bothered to do so.
Our last phone call on 7th June, 2013. more than 7 MONTHS later, we were finally told that they have discontinued this service, and they would now have to try to trace the cylinder in order to return it to us.
Needless to say, we have yet to hear from them.
We have NOT received our cylinder back, and have not been offered a refund for the missing cylinder.
Such service lacks integrity, is below standard, and we will NOT due business with this company again.
