Time wasted

We came to collect stock that we ordered, we are still sitting in the despatch area 2 hours later and still no stock.no one here knows where the stock is, so they need yo trace the invoice and see who received the stock... So we sit and we wait.but in the mean time our business loses money. Who is going to pay us for our time and money lost? this is ridicilous!!! our driver has this problem every time he comes to radiant.this "service" is terrible
