I ordered stock from Future Packaging and they insisted on my money reflecting on their bank account before they can release stock. I made the payment in full but they still took about 2 days to release the stock. They then told me that the stock was ready and by the time I got to their warehouse I had to wait for another 45mins before getting my stock. I was then rushed to sign their stock received form without even checking my stock.
On my way out I decided to check the stock, only to find that they gave me exactly what I asked them not to give me and because they didn't have enough quantity so they added a different colour items.
I raised this with the sales consultant and she called the manager and they apologized and told me that they have the correct item from one of their suppliers which is all the way across town and that they will give me a refund. I rushed to this supplier, they told me to go and withdraw money at an ATM which I did and found that they hadn't even prepared stock for me and that the stock I wanted was not there. I've sent through my banking details to future packaging for a refund 7 days ago and they still haven't paid me. No one is updating me.
