We bought the fridge on Saturday 23 Novemeber and was deliverd on Sunday 24 November, we opend the fridge and only at the evening i noticed a bump and scratch on the left side bottom of the fridge, we went back on monday 5 o clock for them to replace it, as they didnt had stock we chose another fridge, we were promised that they will deliver our new fridge tuesday 26 November, we went to House and Home and they told us a different story, we called the manager Ben van der Berg, he started screaming at us and told us its not his problem that the fridge is damages, we asked to be refunded and he was talking in the back and said he will go pick up the fridge and damage it more and blame it on us and not refund us, he accused me of assulting him and he threatened me that he will make sure i will lose all my belongings. He was rude and he kept on walking away while we were busy talking to him, he grabbed the delivery note and invoice out of my wifes hands and refused to give it back. He blamed us on damageing the fridge. I dont see how a customer can be treated like this as we paid in full cash and expect good customer service from the manager and the problem to be solved.
