At 5:45pm a few days ago, 4 friends and i decided to purchase tickets to the long awaited vdub campfest.. tickets were still available at the time, however, when we enquired to purchase 4 tickets to the vdub campfest, an extremely arrogant and abrupt young lady said to us that they were sold out.. about 30 minutes later, other friends purchased the exact same tickets at the exact same shoprite computicket (lenasia).. yesterday a similar incident occured as my friend and i went into shoprite to purchase 8 day tickets instead of 4 weekend campsite tickets (as we were mislead), a young lady named "THULI" assisted us. at first she refused to assist us because she hadnt"called us from the line"-- understandable.. so we waited at her computer for 10-15 minutes as she played with her hair and her nails, before asking us "what u want". i have been employed in the sales department for quite a while, and correct me if im wrong but this is not what sales is about. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! :( i expect disciplinary measures to be in place and a formal apology. makes me wonder if i am just one of hundreds that fall victim to shoprite/computickets bad service..
