It seems that this store is a problematic store with problematic people working for a respectful brand, because also I went to buy a product this month at the same store Mac cosmetic at Edgards and when I open it, it was completely empty and amazingly inside the box, and the problem is that i am out of the country in a working duty and when I go back to change it they will give me a hard time.
i think that mac cosmetic should insure that the people they employ to work to such respectful brand and shop are well capable to deal with costumers.
May you please tell me how may I get the refund or a real product back please? i will be waiting for your reply.
