WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED

On the 13th of Dec my phone was sent to DARRO ELECTRONICS from the SAMSUNG BRAND STORE. The phone was to be repaired but after consulting with my insurance they said that they would replace the phone and i need to return it to AVTEL who supplied the phone to me.
After speaking with KEN at the SAMSUNG BRAND STORE he requested the phone to be sent back just after the christmas period. Numerous phone calls from Ken and myself to DARRO (Contact person: Jean Marie Fourie) gave no satisfaction, everytime she would PROMISE to give feedback or a call back... In over a month i have had not ONE PHONE CALL FROM DARRO!
The phone was finally sent back to the SAMSUNG Brand store 20 JANUARY 2014, nearly a month to return a product that had absolutely NO REPAIR from DARRO required.
After going to collect the device from the Brand Store i was not surprised to find that the incredibly incompetent and unreliable DARRO ELECTRONICS and JEAN MARIE did not send back the battery.
Again the phone calls started, every day since i have phoned, and again empty promises, FAITH the receptionist has also joined the empty promises that GERT (MANAGER) will contact me, have been!
I AM STILL WAITING!!!
