Empty Packet given on sale

I went in to purchase a few cosmetics on the morning of the 14.01.2014 paid for the items totalling 1500 but when i got home the packet was empty, i called the store and was told that nothing could be done bout this surely the staff at this stores cosmetic counter should be ell aware of whats going on... i am disgusted that the floor manager did nothing to assist and the denial of the staff... well that is a question on its own. i wonder if people want to shop at foschini and experience this type of / thieving.
