To start off it is just under two weeks now that i sent my sunglasses to sunglass hut to get repaired. I phoned sunglass hut (086100850) to find out if they have lenses for my ray bans and give me a quotation. I told the operator that i would replace the lenses myself whereby i was told that this is not possible. I would have to send my sunglasses to them and they will do it (free courier service). Although i remained adamant that it is lenses that i can replace myself i had to send them to sunglass hut. With this i wasn't given a formal quotation (only verbal). After a week my glasses were gone i had to phone twice to find out if any progress. THEN only was i told to fill in a form for repairs (IT IS ONLY LENS REPLACEMENTS, NOT REPAIRS).
To cut my story short, i wasn't told it would take 6-8 weeks, but will have my glasses back within two weeks! I'am going on leave on Friday the 6th, i GET MIGRAINES without my glasses!!! The service of sunglass hut is absolutely pathetic, customer services gives false information and Keshia, just like Brendan [Email Removed] is not much of a help!!! I want and NEED my glasses back before Friday (old lenses INCLUDED!!!)
