BROKE MY GLASSES

I visited the Spec Savers Store in La Lucia Mall to ask about tightening my polariod sunglasses which i had purchased from them.
the attendant went into the back room and comes back and says ' oh dear, your glasses have broken'.
she then tells me that they will give me a 30% discount on any sunglasses i wanted to buy.
I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE CHEEK!!! SHE BROKE ME GLASSES AND NOW SHE TELLS ME TO BUY ANOTHER ONE AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE!!!
so now i have no sunglasses and i STILL have not gotten a call from a manager!!!
i am highly frustrated!!!
