Firstly there was a confusion with my mothers old id number which needed to be corrected. She was told to send through both her id documents and marriage certificate so they transfer all her accounts and link it to the correct ID. It's been 2 months already, everytime I followup on the process they tell me it's still sitting with their ITC department and it will be corrected within 48hrs. It's frustrating on my mother because she can't use any of her retail cards no credit cards but yet she's paying for them every month. It's been 2months n everyday they tell me it will be processed within 48hrs. They are just sitting with this and doing nothing about it. It's towards Xmas now, my mother wants to use her cards.
