I was very annoyed a month or so ago to receive my new credit cards which had been embossed in a name I have not used in more than 8 years. What was even more irritating was that the cover letter was in the correct name.
I complained on your Premier banking online site last week after activating the cards and was very pleased to have a courier arrive yesterday with cards embossed in the correct name.
