I had homemark phone me when my cell phone contract was up for renewal, and to cut a long story
short got a phone from them as well as a voucher.
The problem I am having is everytime I go to Homemark shop in Boksburg to use it, first after phoning
to get the voucher activated was told at the store that it was not, second and third time I have been there
they have been offline and cannot help me. Tell me to come back during the week, well I work during the
week so cannot do that. I live quite a distance from Boksburg and have used so much petrol to go there and
just get not where. Am so sick and tired of the bad service, they could see how much the voucher was for
so did not see why I could not use it and they could put it through afterwards. I have so many of Homemark
things in my house and spend a lot of money there but after this, I will NEVER buy another thing from them, so sad that companies just do not care about service anymore.
