I contacted the supplier a few times, spoke to supervisor at call centre, mailed her a picture of damaged item, no feedback! I then saw representatives at the Spar show held in August, I even had the garment with me, again they took my details and was going to contact me, as I expected compensation for the damage done to a R300 top from Studio W Woolworths! I do not buy Ariel anymore and am very disappointed at their after sales service and the lack of getting back to a person after a complaint!
