POOR SERVICE IN FIELLI DESIGN

I purchased 3pc Josephine Lounge suite -brown in June 2012 at Fielli designes @ Woodmead branch.

I have notice that the 2 sitter Sofa is tearing on the corner and Immediate informed the branch Manager at Woodmead who adviced me to send my complained in writing and further took pictures. I sent an email [Email Removed] on the 18th March 2013 at per the instruction of the branch Manager. Unfortunate no one called me or responded to my email even after after several calls I made to the branch manager who kept on saying it is receiving the neccessary attention.

On the 17th October 2013 I sent again another email to their customer services unit and a guy by the name of Rafiq replied to my email saying an JHB warehouse will contact me for inspection.

To date no one called me.

Therefore this email serves to inform you about my complain and further request you to urgently assist me.
