I bought a Bellagio Lounge Suite from Fielli two years ago for about 55k and only after two years it started peeling off. I contacted their customer care and spoke to Rafiq who tried to play hide and seek with me. I was given all sorts of reasons why the management cannot look at my complaint, things like the documents needed were not enough. I gave them everything including proof of payment and eventually they came back to me and told me that they have not received a complaint like this before and that it was because of negligence from my side, why would I even think of complaining if I was the one at fault? FIELLI should start taking responsibility for the FONG-KONG that the sell for such a lot of money. We pay more because we want value for the money. I should have looked at thousands of complaints that they have before considering buying from them!
If they want to be on business they have to kook after their customers! I am so angry'
I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AND ADVISE PEOPLE TO BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THEM. What you see is not what you get. BE WARNED!
