Damaged complex gate & Refusing to pay for damages

On the 03/05/13 Fielli delivered a couch to the property i am renting in Morningside. Nelson (Fielli Driver) called me before delivery.i told him that vehicles 5ton or less allowed on property. While the truck is on its way out, nelson knocks the gate, damaging the pins for the electric fence, & drives off. the guy who maintains the property saw what happened, i contacted fielli informing them of what happened.in all this they delivered the wrong couch. to cut a long story short, they have been to my home 3 time since then, to swap and repair the couch.and 3 weeks later they ask me for a email of exactly what happened. i spoke to shuaib who is the transport manager, i also spoke to nelson, he told me fielli wants him to pay, i told him dont tell me about ur internal politics. Today 04/06/2013 - shuaib calls me & says they wont pay, as they looked at the truck and dont think the pins got damaged by the gate, they say the truck was scratched much higher, maybe that was there from before.i also sent them pictures. i had now asked for a refund as i am fed up with the service i recieved from them after spending thousands of rands. rather loose a R15 000 sale for a R1800 repai
