I purchased the 3-piece lounge suite from Cape Town store in June last year. The quote and the invoice clearly state that the suite is 'full genuine leather'. Recently I noticed that the sides of the coaches got cracked and started peeling. On closer inspection it is clear that the back, sides and front of the coaches are made of imitation leather.
Three weeks ago I visited the Cape Town store and spoke to Megan who presented herself as a store manager. As she requested I sent her a written complaint with photos of the peeling suite, followed up a few times on email and over the phone, but still haven't received any response from Fielli.
