Poor customer service

Hi,

I have returned my mouse which stopped working,
from more than one month I am trying to get reply on status of my request, but so far i have received no response for my 3 emails from [Email Removed]

just for a note, bought similar product from your competitor, that stopped working, with in 2 weeks I have received replacement for the same, here from Kalahari i am not even getting reply to my email,

hope to see some improvement in service delivery from Kalahari,
