Late in 2012 I bought an WD External hardrive from Kalahari. In early February the thing stopped working (not kalahari's fault) and after a few days of stressing about how much I paid for a thing that doesn't work I called them to see if they can put me in touch with someone who can repair it. Within two days they sent a courier to collect the item and just this morning I received a brand new hard drive. Not only that, but because the drive has dropped in price, they credited my Kalahari account for the difference. Now THAT is service!!!
