Logged a fault via Kalahari's email system back in October, and was told that the item would be picked up. After a wait of two weeks I contacted the call center and was told that the courier company had "apparently" picked up the item, which seemed odd as the item was still in my possession. I had explained this to the call center agent and He, very promptly, said that he will sort the issue out.
Again I waited patiently for some time (about week), but neither the agent contact me nor did courier company show up at my door step. I contacted the call center again and explained the whole story again to another agent. She apologized for service and promised to resolve the issue asap and provide me feedback.
To date no one has picked up the item and no one has contacted me.
I am highly disappointed as I have dealt with Kalahari and they have never been like this. I suppose the bigger you get the more you forget the custome
