I went to the store on the 23/11 with my husband, he has an account with truworths & wanted to make a purchase & noticed that he doesn't have his card nor his I'd with, we then went to the cashier to ask if he sent me to collect the staff what would they need from him because he had to go to work and will not be able to come back & he said his I'd, mine a letter authorising the purchase & his card, we then told the cashier that we are not sure if we will find the card & he said the other 3 will be fine, I went home from King to Phakamisa which is far from town to get his I'd & then went back to the store & when I got there the cashier gave the staff to the manager who then said the transaction cannot be processed because we don't have the card, my husband needs to come himself & when I told her that I was there with my husband & we asked the process & did exactly as we were told & then she said but nobody asked me & refused to help, I then had to waste more time & petrol for my husband to come himself for something that could have been straight forward from the start if we were given the right info, I was so dissapointed & furious & the cashier didn't even bother to appologise.
